Bill la Forge
Bill provides the overall vision and direction for QARE and the underlying technology, Quick. He is also responsible for the on-going security analysis of QARE. Bill has been developing new XML technology since mid-1997.

Bill draws upon more than thirty years of experience in IT, including finance, telecom, and research. Past experience with distributed applications and network management, mobile agent systems and computer security and analysis have had a significant bearing on current efforts.

Education: B.S. in Computer Science from Penn State University ('71)
